Nana's Cole Slaw
Nana was one of the sweetest women you would ever want to meet. You will see her name on the potato salad as well. Everyone has a favorite way of making cole slaw. Nana made hers more like a "spanish slaw" with oil, vinegar, sugar, onions, celery, red pepper, carrots and just a smidge of diced jalapenos for an added kick. Put this on a carolina pulled pork sandwich with a little hot pepper vinegar sauce..."shear perfection"

Pappy's Baked Beans
Tim ferguson, "pappy" for short was chef tina's father. An avid hunter and angler he left most of the cookin' to nana....everything that is except his famous baked beans. Pappy's baked beans continue to be a fan favorite. Made with onion, red peppers, garlic, salt and pepper. We dice up a little of the beef brisket burnt ends to add just a little smoked BBQ flavor, so good!
